What forms of payment does Heartfelt Home Care accept?

We accept checks and eChecks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you work with long-term care insurance?

Heartfelt Home Care has significant experience working with the major Long-Term Care insurance companies. Check your benefits statement and policy. Once the claim is open, we do all the paperwork.

What about employer-sponsered pre-taxed accounts?

A Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account are examples. Check with your employer for availability and information on this benefit.

Can the Veteran’s Administration help?

Either the veteran or spouse may be eligible for this veteran’s benefit if the eligibility criteria are met. The application process can take up to a year, even with certain eligibility, so apply early.

What about family trust funds?

Information about this source of funds must be obtained from a qualified NJ attorney.

Can a reverse mortgage help?

If your loved one owns a home, plans to remain in the home, and has equity in the home, he or she may be able to reverse the value of the home into cash to pay for home care services. Work with a qualified bank for further information.

Can your services be deducted for taxes?

Our services most of the time, can be deducted from your loved one’s taxes as a medical expense. Please check with your accountant. We will at the end of the year send you a statement with our Tax ID # for services paid for that particular year.
