Judee Lundell

When Heartfelt Home Care needs a RN to provide a more comprehensive assessment or intervention Judee is most often found within reach by phone, as her primary responsibilities are with our clients and caregivers in their homes. Judee excels at direct observations of changes in her clients and of the performance of our caregivers. Judee has the unique professional capacity to implement a strategy or plan that provides optimal and comprehensive help, to ensure our client’s needs are met in order to retain capabilities and maximize the quality of life of all people included. Her warm smile and hugs are also appreciated!

Judee applies her range of nursing experiences to accurately assess care needs, monitor for changes, and adapt the care and level of service provided at Heartfelt Home Care as needed. This is possible with her strong clinical background in geriatrics, orthopedics, medical-surgical, intensive care, and school nursing.

Judee’s exemplary professional practice is founded on her values and vision of making a difference in someone’s life, even at the most difficult times. She is a 1986 Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate of William Paterson College, and brings 26 years of nursing experience to her work at Heartfelt Home Care.

Judee has recently completed her course to have a specialty as a Gerontological RN!

Paulette D. Cranwell

RN, MSN NJ State Registered Professional Nurse
Clinical Specialist in Community Health
Nursing Director of Education

Paulette holds a masters degree from the Yale School of Nursing. Her primary professional practice specialty is geriatrics, having provided nursing services in adult day programs for 20 years, plus home care, hospice, school and public health nursing experiences. Paulette’s knowledge and skills in the clinical field of geriatrics has extended to include community education services, and caregiver support. She has also taught Community Health Nursing at four Universities, and provided in- service education for professional nurses and para-professional staff. Paulette helps Heartfelt with her clinical judgement, along with educating our Home Health Aides.

Paulette has public speaking experiences in the community, on radio, and at caregiver programs and groups. Her speaking topics of most interest to seniors, family caregivers, and the public provide insights on being an educated and effective caregiver, new communication approaches in chronic illness and dementia, and preventing hospitalization of elders. Also, her first-hand caregiving experiences include family caregiving for 13 years.

Mrs. Cranwell’s expertise extends to community-based dementia care. She was a recipient of the A.C.E. award from the Dementia Care Professionals of America, a branch of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America. The A.C.E. award (ability, compassion, excellence) honors professionals who demonstrate the highest qualities in delivering care to people affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
